A ramen joint with a kiwi twist. We follow the same principles as a ramen shop in Japan however we are not looking to replicate their flavour, but create our own. We make our noodles in house in the style of traditional chukamen, using only flour and alkaline water. We focus on local produce and products. All our meats and eggs are free range

A celebration of modern multicultural New Zealand using the best of local produce. Our menu range from a casual breakfast to a multi course tasting menu.
